Bolt 1
The first Gold Bolt on Kortog is kind of a gimme, but we'll show you where it is anyway. As you're swimming through the Halls of Knowledge, you'll come across a room with a bunch of gross-looking jellyfish things. Turning the bolt at the room's center gets them all to float to the surface, at which point you should whip out your Gelanator and follow the procedure below:

The second bolt is a lot easier to find if you've finished the level once and can use Clank's Robo-Wings to fly around freely. You'll need to do some gliding through traffic, but here's how to get to the prize from your ship:
