The Spiderman game on the PC by Neversoft (in which a cloud of nerve gas blankets the entire bottom of the world). It was especially hell for me because, being left handed and the controls being mapped to the num-pad, I had to play cross-armed. Technically, it was actually OK, but it's the only Supa-hooman game I've played and I wanted to chime in.
Batman for the Atari Lynx. Never got past the second level. Or cared. I grew weary of throwing batarangs at evil clowns riding motorcycles. That previous sentence makes the game sound much, much better than it in fact was.
I think you should have asked which ONE DOESN'T disappoint you?
Yes. All of them disappointed me. I think the best was Superman Atari 2600!!!! Since then, Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

Batman Forever on Genesis, because no amount of digitized characters and crazy gadgets can can get the blood out of my ears after Two-Face screams, "IF THE BAT WANTS TO PLAY, WE'LL PLAY!"
Spiderman 3. WTF!!!! They had an almost perfect formula with Spiderman 2 (take out the baloon missions and your golden) and somehow they managed to completely f*** it up! I refused to buy Web of Shadows cause it was so bad. I have had dumps that were more entertaining than that game!!!
Spider-Man: Web of Fire (no, not Web of Shadows) for the 32X. It was literally the ONE GAME I bought the 32X add-on for. Seriously, on paper it looked great: beautiful graphics, and 3D effects (on the Genesis??). But in play, it was a middling side-scroller with zero hit detection.
superman 64 definitely, i am freakin glad i rented it instead of getting stuck with it. i was so frustrated at it i decided to return it early. that's how bad that game is. you recieve game over screens for not doing something immediately, and the controls for flying are the worst controls ever. after that, i decided to never play a superman game. i don't know who made it but it was really broken down and should have never been created.
