X-men Legends promised glory and delivered the worst bullshit of bullshits. freakin` liars, they promised fully destructible areas, but the only destructible things were some walls and cans. who wants to destroy m`fing cans?
The PSP version of....Ghost Rider. I have no idea as to why I played a crappy game to a crappy movie....I wanted to slit my friend for letting me borrow it......
The superman game on the N64... so freaking horrible it was actually voted one of the worst games of all time... So sucky... I think this is what made me like Batman better... It ruined my childhood man. XD But seriously, it sucked.
I've Never played any crappy superhero games except for superman returns and that was only because a friend of mine bought knowing it was a crappy game and wanted me to help him beat a boss on it, and the X-men official game was pretty crappy too, I hated it.
SPAWN: The Eternal on PS1. Now, I love Spawn. He is my all time favorite Super "Hero". But good lord! If that game suffered any more from it's already god-aweful controls and load times, I would have made a coaster out of it instantly, despite the fact it was rented! Yes, I would have paid Blockbuster $50 just to get that crap off the shelves! I'm hoping Todd McFarlane had very little to do with it's production.
yeah. Superman 64. That... I was appalled. The multiplayer was fun at the time (I was like, 6 or 7 when I played that. Of COURSE I'd find it fun..... *sniff*)
Watchmen: The End is Nigh kind of disappointed me. It was boring and repetitive after about ten minutes. How do you take one of the best comics ever made and make a bad mediocre game? HOW!? (The graphics were good though...)
Watchmen: The End is Nigh
Why? Because the downloadable XBLA game failed to present the themes of social desolation, sheer morality, human fault, and polital pressure that both the book and Castle Crashers originally did. Games are serious business!
Spiderman for the PS2. Spiderman never was able go near the streets of New York for whatever reason, the combat was lame, web swinging wasn't as fun as it should have been, etc. It was so bad for me that I was never able to play another Spiderman game again. One last thing, "With great power, comes great responsiblity...withgreatpowercomesgreatrespibilitywithgreatpowercomesgreatresponsibilitywithgreat..." Shut up, Shut up, SHUT UP!!!
The Incredibles.. the robots just kept coming out, and it took me the longest time to figure out how to stop them. And getting around the levels was tough, one missed jump and you'd have to go back through the level to try again, (thank you, checkpoint system). Also the game loves to ambush you with awkward camera levels, and the family just feels really weak overall.
not disappointed by the game, but of myself because even though i owned a NES back in the day, i never played it till a friend told me about it in 2004.
Spider-man 3 for Wii. I bought it for the sole purpose of swinging around NYC with "fully realistic swinging controllers!" What I got was a wagglefest and I shouldn't have expected any different. The wii was relatively new, so nobody had coined the term shovelware yet. I read all the horrible reviews and said fuck it it's spider-man. Then I played the game and my soul shattered into many dissapointed pieces.
