We've got another exclusive Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe video for you, and it's rather special. Not only do you get to see the three new modes of Kombat, but you also get the first look at another one of the Joker's fatalities (see the first shaky-cam video here). It's deliciously dark, just as the Joker's humour should be.

As for the Kombat itself, we like the idea of continuing the fight while falling from one DOA-style platform to another. And the Rage bar looks like it will add a neat new tactical slant to the fighting.

The prospect of DC characters performing fatalities has got us very excited. Check out the video and feel feel free to whoop with excitement in the comments below.

Two combat "modes", both featuring what appear to be simple quicktime events as well as a special move that turns off your damage animations are hardly likely to get anyone whooping are they?
That said, it was cool to see The Joker dish out some punishment, though I could have sworn DC had put a veto on their characters killing, or was that just the heroes?

This MK is really looking god. Definitely should have a sequel for this one. Also Flash looks boss.

It's only for the heroes, the villains can kill till their hearts content.

This could be a really cool experiance, Beating the snuff out of Subzero as BATMAN! thats a wow! but i dont like the fact that the fatalitys are going to be less.....Fatal.

they arent quicktime, the buttons on the bottom are showing who is pressing what button. When the two hit the same, a kounter occurs.

its still there. Its been confirmed that all characters have two fatalities/brutalities

I have been interested in MK since day one.. but after MK3 and Trilogy I kinda lost intrest.. played all the new MK but was not impressed. When I heard about this MK8 I thought MK vs DC.?? STRNGE!! but as I followed and understood the game Im very interested in the game now..also to hear the DUO is back ED and Tobias.. OH HELL YEAH!! After hearing that I know it was going to be the SHIIIISSNICCCKKSS!!! anyway good job guys and If theres a MK9 Hit me up and I give you some multi $$$$ ideas... Thanks

Okay, i really want to see this vid, although my impressions of MK vs DC are bad. However, for some reason unbeknownst to me, this is the only vid on the site that my comp wont run, and it makes me angry because from what i gather the vid is really cool and i want my opinion of the game to change, because i havent been interested in any games for a while. Thats right, im not really excited about Fracture or Fallout 3 or whatevs. Its not that im lame and boring, i just feel like they will let me down. In retrospect, i dont think i care about MK/DC after writing this either. =(. I feel lost in a sea of disappointment. The End.

WHOOP!!! idk why everyone hates Mortal Kombat so much, it's fun, and sticking cards into Jax's face will just make it more fun, i'll admit that the last few games weren't the best but this looks like it will be way better, and EvilZeus, if you aren't interested in Fallout 3 then yes you are lame, and boring
