Ms. Sunday (Nico Robin)
Like most archaeologists, Nico can grow arms on herself or anything else. Naturally the Navy wants her for the uncanny arm-growing ability even though she’s joined the Straw Hats. Armed with a pant-kerchief for a skirt, Ms. Sunday is the quiet one of the ship - occasionally piping up to say something of great insight to the crew. Then it gets all quiet and everyone appears thoughtful. Yeah, she’s that person.
