@chisfer:
I think the Darkrai download on Ranger 2 was a special event that ended already (it was only possible to get through Jan 30th, 2009 in North America I believe).
I didn't include every event in this guide because it's not something you can go back and get once you've missed it. This guide is intended to show the ways you can get the various legendaries through normal gameplay, without hacking or special events.
It is silly though, that Manaphy is available anytime in the first Ranger by using the code, but Darkrai was a finite event... weird.
I would suggest using the power save for pkmn colleseum
u start with like 99999 master balls and rare candy's
i know you were trying to give the non-cheap ways, but no one ever finds out how you caught them
one question about the lugia pokedex info if whenit flaps its wings a storm occurs then wont everywhere just be one big storm as lugia flies everywhere ?
"Its Shadow Tag ability will prevent Cresselia from fleeing even if Wobbuffet switches out." just a little nitpick here if wobbuffet switches out the opponent is no longer prevented from fleeing. I certainly would not be surprised if it worked though as I think the fleeing pokemon will only try to flee once at the beginning. any ways good article.
ReCaptcha: stemming Hawall?
"Trivia: Mew is the only Pokemon that can learn every TM/HM move."
I thought mew two could learn anything aswell? Probably wrong on that one thou... also couldent dito also be said to have the ability to learn any move... although not through teh direct aplication of a tm or hm of course (atleast i dnt think he could learn nything directly). Been a while since i touched pokemon so im pobably spouting bollocks with all of that...
Shouldn't Rotom be here somewhere? I mean, it's a legendary right? There's only one of it, it's really hard to get, and it has a back-up story of it's creation. Yes, it can breed, but then again, so can Phione and Manaphy. I don't want to complain, but I always thought Roto was special (took me forever to catch it).
@Purpleshirt
I wasn't counting Smeargle, because technically he only learns ONE move, Sketch, and then copies other moves permanently from other Pokemon. He can't learn a TM/HM move in the normal way.
@Whooterzoot
I agree that Rotom should be a legendary, but "officially" (according to the Pokemon company) he's not a legendary. I don't agree with Phione being a legendary either, but I had to go with the official word.
Have anyone ever noticed how in emerald, ruby and sapphire, the blue and red team only wants Groudon and Kyogre, what about Rayquaza? No one cares about Rayquaza, I mean Rayquaza is so much awesomer(i know its not a word) than groudon and Kyogre. And dont mind my spellings.
Thanks for the handy legendary guide. i didn't know that if you chose a different starter in Firered/Leafgreen, you would get a different Legendary dog! That's something that I never knew.
