people these are AWESOME games beyond recognition, the best FPS's out there to date. MW is slightly ahead of W@W when it comes to Single player and multiplayer game modes, which are really the only ones that count. I say that because i have never ever played a game that beats MW single player campaign (W@W comes close tho) and well the Multiplayer is absolutely awesome with the modern guns and the strategy involved instead of run out and shoot. Now im not saying W@W is inferior in any way in fact in some places its better but u just can't beat MW and its greatnesss :P

PS. if you are just voting for W@W because of the flamethrower then thats pretty stoopid coz its a novelty and will just fade into the background of the game after like a week...

WaW win's hands down, 4 was great with it's futuristic approach at our beloved series but it lacks the pure old fashiond grit of WaW, which shows how ugly war really is, not how your fancy black ops suit has a built in toilet, etc. sorry CoD4 fans but WaW wins.

Cod 4 online is faster and more epic, but CoD WaW story is just freakin insane. huge battles with waves and waves of enemies.

Yo baby, World at War is where it's at no doubt. 4 was tight, and I thought that that would still be better then 5 but after playing it there's no competition!

i think WaW is way better because of the creativity(beach landing says it all and Hitlers freaking bunker) the Zombie mode and co-op are great online is amazing. and the characters are awesome. When Roebuck died i got pissed as hell and Went insane. Now i will give Cod4 credit for weapons and updating this series. But it cant beat re living what most of out great grandfathers went though.

I admit, D-Day was incredibly intense, but there's nothing like seeing one of man's worst weapons kill a bunch of badass marines.
that paintball mode is just...terrible. I want blood flowing, not paint!

Ok 2 settle this for all of u who think WaW is better than MW ur wrong if its better than MW then why is CoD6 called CoD MW2??? if WaW was better then surely they would have made WaW2 instead of MW2 and thats jus it MW is better period

Ummm hey,
well my opinion is that they're both AWESOME GAMES but, it's really hard to pick one but I give the title to COD4 just because of it's guns and setting but otherwise it's a deadset tie!
