im back again to shatter another theory, now understand that im only doing this because im a HUGE fan of halo

its just like that mass effect controvesy on fox, this is how i feel

anyways, they dont CLONE the spartan candidates, they FLASH clone them, this means that the clones will eventually die off in a quick period.

NOT to mention that the master chief was born at 2511, forge was born at 2502.

how would they know that forge would be such a success when he was only NINE years old?

no, no, bungie helped the writers (at least eric nylund) write the books, it's really interesting what you've come up with, but the authors didn't just say "oh, let's write a halo book and make it all up!" no, bungie was breathing down their necks the whole time.

Cool but i read the book Fall of Reach and First Strike by Eric Nylund and John was a kid when he was already traing to become a Spartan.I think also many other people said this so sorry for repeating ti.Great article like always though GR :)

even going by the novels, i agree, it could be the master cheif, because when he was takin as a child he was replaced with a flash clone, and the clone was supposed to die of natural causes later on, but what if john's clone didn't die? what if he lived and didn't die off? he was a strong kid, he could have joined the unsc and been fighting in the war, unknowingly fighing in 2 places at once lol

Jesus after reading these comments im starting to lose faith in the internet, its a joke, its a good article, just because you dont think its true doesnt mean you should come in and shit all over it, it was a great, fun article and i liked reading it, if you didnt GTFO

Serious comments for a joke article.

You guys should get off the internet and watch some comedy.

And, Lizzie. I still love you for this article. <3

like boondock saint 54 said, I think he looks like commander shepard, who in turn looks like the prison break guy...
good ole buzz cut space dudes (yes, I'm referencing a GR article)

the voices sound simmilar. find clips of master cheif and clips of Sgt. Forge and compare. or just look at the voice actors, there's a chance bungie would have used the same actors to drop a hint.

sarcasm doesnt work well on the internet
it has to be made rally obvious and in GR make it work in a lot of articles
but this one was missing that same sarcasm so i thought it was serious
my mistake
also it was pretty similar to other articles where they siad ther was gonna be a halo 4
no halo 4!

I wish my name was John Matchmaking

Sorry to burst your bubble but Sgt. Forge isn't MC. If you read the books, you actually know that.
TarkDaShark  - 8 months 22 days ago
i still think hes chuck norris

LOL another page and a half even after McNeilly's comment, conversations like this make me die a little on the inside
Elbo444  - 8 months 22 days ago
PS. Master Chief is MacGyver
P3N15  - 8 months 21 days ago
well if you think about it, how was this article NOT serious?

the only hint of sarcasm was just the plain fact that it was on GamesRadar, which is known for its sarcasm

Lizzie states that the novels arent canon (...) and claims false things WITHOUT ever showing any sense of humor or sarcasm

and the last two words, are clear signs that she was serious

all im saying is, even if this is a joke article, it dosent seem like it at all

Ok, you're wrong, there are uncanny similarities to MC, but he can't be the MC, the books disprove it, you may not care about the books, but Bungie does, however, im not an idiot, and I have one theory that may offer a middle ground and fit with the books

MC was taken at age five and trained to be a spartan (1 million additional reasons he cant be Forge are in the books) Every so often in boot camp he remembers small details about his mother, but NEVER his father, in the timeline in Halo wars it is confirmed that John Forge has a family, see where im going with this?

Seargent John Forge is NOT Master Chief, rather, John Forge Sr. is Master Chiefs FATHER

NOW case closed

Okay, um, "P3N15". You can grow one like your name suggests and realize that the last part of the article is a joke, hence the Photoshopped images.

But whatever. LOL, internets!
