if by 'nazish' you mean extreme training practices then yeah, odsts are volunteers who are meant to be the toughest of the toughest. and their training is nothing compared with the cruelty of spartan training. i so wish neill blomkamp and peter jackson made the halo movie... why oh why did it get pulled??

actually the guys shouting in the video were shouting in hungarian...these are hungarian actors and the video was made in hungary...i know because i live in hungary and i went to hte casting...but they didn't god damn want me!!!

I love this. I hated the last one (the documentary-type one that came out with Halo 3), but this is awesome. I love at the end how they slip on their helmets. I also loved the first-person dropping-in-the-pod view. Amazing : D

I absolutely loved this video, it looked awesome (except the brute) and actually managed to be quite action-packed and dramatic for such a short length.

csorikedan that sucks to go to the casting and not get picked, being in this video would have been awesome, even if the video was a little cheesy

R.E Fizz Monkey (I agree, if they dont make some kind of halo movie im gonna be pissed, we saw how good it could be in this short video.) ive heard that the guy whor directed and produced hellboy films is to be making halo into a film series bt if it happens we dont no yet lol bt it would be something id pay to see

it shows nothing off the gameplay so either micrsoft didnt want to ruin the "surprise" or they have nothing it damn well better be a crapy surprise over a shitty game

I heard that Neil Blomkamp who made "District 9"
was on the project of making a halo movie... but there were financial problems so he made District 9.

Those sneaky, sneaky bastards. They did the exact same thing before Halo 3 came out. They released a video of some soldiers being equipped and some ODST guys marking MC jumping out of his ship. I said to myself "self, Halo 2 was okay. Halo 3 is more of the same. You know what would be awesome? if it played NOTHING like halo, and featured some of those small guys from halo getting kicked around" You know what ODST is going to give you? Definitely not what I was thinking about as I watched these. You're getting HALO 3 1/2. This is Bungie we're talking about. They havent had a new idea since the first Marathon game. (dont you EVEN try to defend against that one, Marathon and Halo are so similar that people could mistake them for linked series. I'd bet one of my fleshy pink kidneys that bungie didn't do THAT one on purpose. You know why they put Marathon Man in Halo 3? Not to show theyre linked, Halo HAS an established timeline. It was because Bungie realized they blatantly copied an idea from one game to the other.) So if I can dissuade even ONE person from buying Halo: I Can Haz Recon or Halo: Rehash, I have done my job.
Oh, and that video was pretty awesome. While I HATE the halo games, the videos and mindfuckery Bungie uses to lure gamers back to the teabagging simulator are pretty creative. Just THINK what would happen if they used that creativity on thier actual product...
