War Journal #37 - "COG Recon Report"

Run along the mission’s first set of balconies, where the game wants you to fire at enemies on the Raven helipad. In the second lower balcony, where a helmeted COG soldier is taking cover, you should find an ammo crate and war journal.

War Journal #38 - "COG Tag"

Another set of balconies, this time after Marcus says “Guess we are the support, huh Colonel?” The war journal is beside an ammo crate and sniper rifle.

 

War Journal #39 - "Jacinto Sentinel Newspaper"

Exit the archives building, fight the parking lot enemies and head right into the adjacent alleyway. The game wants you to move left with Dom towards Cooper Street, but turn right instead. The war journal is behind the concrete barrier, near the orange traffic blockade.

 

War Journal #40 - "COG Tag"

Almost done. When the mission begins, Dom and Marcus will share their disbelief that the Locust have reached Jacinto. Before moving forward, turn around and run back the way you came. You should notice a gaping hole in the building on the right. Walk inside to find the second-to-last war journal.

War Journal #41 - "Stranded's Journal - Russell"

The last one! After the floor collapses beneath your feet and you plummet several stories down the building, jump through the set of windows. Fight the enemies (including a flamethrower Locust) and then check between the two dressers.
