What about the Pac-man World series? Pac-man in 3-D is an interesting idea, but the game was a letdown.

I agree with all of these except the flight sims. Ace Combat and HAWX are awesome!

Why so much hate for Kane and Lynch? i thought the game was alright wouldnt say it was the best but hell i didnt think the shooting mechanics were that bad. goos article though completely agree with all of the other ones.

I love the Dynasty Warriors series. Although it is a definite button-masher, it appeals to those who are interested into the Chinese culture and history, like me.

The best dragon game you can control a dragon in would have to be Dragon Spirit for the arcade. That game not only allowed you to control one dragon but two with a friend on the same screen.
Not only that but if you got a power-up, two little dragons would join you on either side of your wings wreaking havok with you.

I've always been an Ace Combat fan and the most fun for me comes from the third-person perspective. I like just flying around and when it gets hectic it's a blast.
Dynasty Warriors used to be one of my most favorite games. When 3 came out on the PS2 I played that game to death. The problem came with the later installments when they didn't do ANYTHING different. The moves were exactly the same, same levels, same crappy AI. When Koei can actually make a next-gen DW, I'll give it a try.
