Main offense: Its head looks like a butt.

What went wrong: There's a bubble butt protruding from where his forehead should be. End of story.

Lesson learned: Be mindful of similarities between the Pokemon's features and certain human body parts. If it looks like an ass, that's all anyone is going to notice. Poor Magmar... he's probably a nice enough Pokemon, but no one will ever see past the ass on his head.
