The Crime: Fugly, slutty, impractical, AND just wrong

We don't understand how this guy is getting laid. Even on his tamest wardrobe days (that would be shirtless with a green goatee and gold bicep bangles), he's still lurid enough to make your eyes bleed. The rest of his fashion choices are confusing and appalling. He wears a puffy parka vest over his bare chest and fuzzy yellow legwarmers instead of real clothing and has an electric Teletubbie body suit in his closet. Was that a Halloween costume or an impulse buy?
