Another note on the Strenght Bobblehead. If you are pure of heart, Simms opens up his house between 1 to 3AM and 7 to 9AM.

How do you get into the Armory in the National Guard Depot?!? I swear I've been going around in circles in there and I cannot figure it out. And there's this Utility Door in there... it says "activated elsewhere" but I haven't found a switch for it..... do I need to go through there to get to the Armory?
And where is the Arlington House???

does anyone know how to get to the national guard depot?

you need to find the nuka cola vending machine at the second floor. it's almost near to the utility door. on the wall you'll find the switch

Simmyboy, you can't get the one in rave rock if you left the place. i did the same thing and I'm doing the bobbleheads over. on the bright side you get to try new things so its not all bad.

I think you may have missed one. In the Vault-Tec HQ building, there's one computer upstairs that has an option for the "Company Store". A bobblehead is listed for sale. However, when I tried to buy it, it said I needed to have "executive employee status". Don't know if I tried to get it too early in the game (player level too low), or if there was something in the building I was supposed to acquire first (but I went back and checked everywhere, didn't spot anything). Even tried buying one of everything else for sale, but no dice.

Anyone got any ideas?

my comment is from 9-9-09 by the way, don't know why the time stamp is messed up.

Did some more checking around, the Vault-Tec HQ is some kind of joke. Not a real bobblehead. :(
Sorry 'bout that.

note about the strength bobblehead
u do not need to kill lucas simms, he does not need to die, and you do not need to pick his lock. go to the house at the evening while lucas is at home at the door will be unlocked for you... :D

Thank you!! You should do a feature on the best and creepiest vaults of the fallout universe

If Lucas Simms is dead, then you just have to loot his body to find the key. If he's still alive, you just have to go into his house during the day. It's only locked at night.
