The Volk are extremely well armed, and you’ll come to notice this when you try to take over their supply keeps. Many Volk members will be waiting around for you with rocket launchers, but that’s a good thing, because if you haven’t collected one and brought it back to a hideout by now, then this is the golden ticket. Once safely stored, this is when the real carnage can begin. Never has piling up cars and blowing them up been quite so much fun. The Volk also like heavy duty vehicles, but this is a plus for you too. Killing the generals will be far harder if you neglect these beautiful (ish), heavily armoured machines.

Gryzunova

The best way to take out the first of the Volk generals is to get in one of the many humvee tanks that adorne the defences in the district. Once inside, you’ll soon find it’s best not to reverse too often, as this gives enemies the chance to get on the vehicle and pull you out. The complex is extremely well defended, so if you want to do this without hours and hours of sniping, jumping in the people carrier really is a good idea. Just head straight toward her and run her down. Now’s the time to reverse if she tries to get back up again.

The alternative method is to do as the mission briefing states - snipe from the hilltops and cautiously move inside from there. It’s all a bit wimpy though, isn’t it? And not to mention oh so very slooooooow.
