In keeping with the beautiful union of games and comics in Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe, a special 16-page comic book will be bundled with the swanky collector's edition of the game when it's released next month. Written and drawn by original old school Mortal Kombat co-creator John Tobias, it's a pretty sweet added extra that's sure to be a must-have for dedicated fans.

And you can get a sneaky early look at the comic book right now as John Tobias talks about his involvement with MK vs DC in our exclusive video below. You also get to see Liu Kang giving Batman the old foot slappy.

I was really concerned on how incredibly stupid and shitty this game was going to be. I mean, has anyone played Shoalin Monks? Remember the retarded story and painful dialog? After seeing that Tobias actually has something to do with the story (backstory to MK1 and 2 rocked) maybe it won't be too bad
