Words: GamesRadar US

This week we’re ticking the clock back just a few notches and unearthing secrets from three last-gen games that still deserve to be played. For more classic cheats and secrets, including the best head altering codes and “upside down” cheats from gaming history, check out the archive.

Spider-Man 2

If you bought Spider-Man 3, we’re sorry. Since you’re probably already bored, here are some ways to squeeze a little more enjoyment out of Spider-man 2, which was a good game… and movie. If you haven’t found the following Easter eggs yet, get to it!

1) While battling Mysterio in the burning theater, do your best to save all of the reporters. Mysterio will begin to spout the phrase “Klaatu Barada Nikto,” which is a reoccurring phrase in the movie Army of Darkness, part of Spider-Man director Sam Raimi’s Evil Dead trilogy.

2) When you defeat Mysterio for the first time, he’ll say “You have no chance to survive, make your time.” During the battle with Mysterio at the Statue of Liberty, he will say, “All your base are belong to us.” If, for some bizarre reason, you don’t know the reference, click here.

3) On the Chrysler building, you’ll find feathers left from your scrap with Vulture in Spidey 1.

4) Thugs will occasionally yell, "Time for bit o' the old ultraviolence!" which is a reference to the film A Clockwork Orange.
