What is this mess?

A life-sized body pillow meant for “hugging” the bikini-clad Kasumi of Dead or Alive fame - released exclusively in Japan.

WTF?

Is anyone really surprised that this exists? Japan created the “used panty” vending machine and the comic book character Rapeman. By comparison, a pillow that you hump in the privacy of your own home is relatively tame. Actually, this is one of the more brilliant pieces of marketing, because you can’t really blame Namco for knowing how the male brain works. Weird, yes. Incredibly satisfying? We’re still gonna go with yes.
