@dante- I hate politics. I always ignore them. When I become legal age, I'm never gonna vote. Screw it.

So true, so true

I always drive in Halo 3.
If I let one of the marines drive they stop right in front of a brute with a brute shot, ugh.

nice- i totally agree. i cant count how many times ive blown the f*** out of the AI in Left4Dead cuz they charge into an ambush and get me killed. oh and i second the whole Obama-is-3-trillion-times-better-than-bush thing...

you non-voters are why bush got into office in the first place, if you dont want to take sides, move to canada(I dont know if they even HAVE a leader)

Hmmm...I like the article. But I feel you could have sharked it up a bit. Perhaps a hammerhead motif?

if(Ai.size<enemy1.size || Ai.ability<enemy1.ability)
{
Ai = scared little baby who hides behind some random yet generic barrels
}

sorry for the double post but it didn't let my previous one go through right...I think it had something to do with the periods so I got rid of them

When dealing with NPC's just remember the ol' Murphy Law.

"If anything that can go wrong, will go wrong"

Ha, I read that in Paul's voice makes it sooo much funnier.

well, at least the AI bots that join in in Gears 2 have one redeeming quality. They have perfect accuracy. They're slow and clunky, and aren't shotgun smart, but they really help as support. And the AI in the Tales games are incredibly smart, as always. (hey, don't hate me for bringing the Tales stuff back, it's true.)

I lol'd at 'reload game' 'nah, it's cool. i'll keep playing' xD

Oh Dante1924,

I don't know how old you are, but much of the economy is a result of housing regulations set by the clinton administration. You can blame the war on Bush, but not the economy. Recessions are inevitable.

Paul, you can do no wrong. I find that some AI are so dumb, you gotta love em... like small children... then other times they act like this... and you risk being brought to court for child abuse... if that makes any sense.

i hate that my NPC teamates always die, but i still feel guilty that i can't save them

Funny article, too true. I liked Fawkes' gung-ho attitude though, especially when he killed all nearby civilians as well as enemies.

Now you should write a best NPC ally article. My vote is for the Arbiter from Halo 3. He kicked ass. He killed tons of enemies and when he died he got back up after 15 seconds. Not a liability at all.

they should have included how in almost every game(with the exception on about...2), you have to heal all of your downed teammates, but they never heal you back.

yeah i agree they need to make them actually seem like they are people playing online
