10 reasons to savor Ratchet & Clank Future: ToD

This is one game you won't want to just finish and forget

Words: PSM3 UK

9) You can feel the width
As was pointed out by the PSP version of Ratchet & Clank, size matters. Tools of Destruction has a similar number of stages as previous games, but they’ve never been this massive. You’ll leave a tropical swamp, only to emerge into a gleaming spaceport district. Or battle through a series of caves before breaking into the Space Pirate’s HQ, before finally ziplining from ship to ship.

10) The splendid views
Tools of Destruction provides much, much more than firefights that are glittering and ferocious enough to make most sci-fi shooters blush and scuff a toe. The backdrops to these cracking gunfights are often panoramic and packed with detail. And the colour… Well, we really wish this was what our own solar system looks like.
