The joystick is sluggish and the violent strokes needed to rectify this can easily steer you straight off the Air Force carrier and into the sea - y’know, just like Tom Cruise does in the movie. And whoever’s idea it was to put a big fat button that disarms all your weapons right next to the fire button itself is no Maverick, but an outright Goose.
