DuckTales Remastered releasing on disc in November

DuckTales Remastered is just too remasterful to not hit store shelves. Capcom today announced that the hop-and-bop HD remake from WayForward will get a physical release in retail stores on Nov. 12.

PS3, Wii U, and Xbox 360 players can grab the disc for $20, $5 more than the digital release. This isn't to be confused with the special boxed PS3 edition which came out in August--that included a DuckTales' collectors' pin and a download code rather than a disc. Caveat emptor, and all that.

Capcom has yet to provide any sales information for the nostalgic title, but we have to imagine it did alright to justify a retail re-release.

Just here to make my obligatory comment. WAAAAAYYYYYYFOOOOOWAAAAARRRRRRRRDDDDD!!! Okay my work here is done. ...But in all seriousness though I'm really happy that it's doing really well sales wise, it's a classic game, based on a classic tv series, based on a classic comic series, lovingly recreated to appease all the old fans of the series/books/game, letting new audiences experience, made by a developer that deserves all the praise and support they can get.
