Transformers: The Game

Transform when you want and into what you want, but don't expect an easy playground

Speaking of missions, unfortunately they're where the game falters the most. The missions are often extremely unforgiving and yet inconsistently difficult. For example, during an escort mission, if you fall behind even slightly, you can sometimes face instant failure. This problem is compounded by the ability of enemies to sometimes randomly hit you and knock you "out of bounds." During one run, the enemies will focus on you, and on another, the vehicle you're escorting. Many missions will feel like enemies are stripping your armor away in seconds and killing you before you can blink, but then the next time the whole thing is a breeze. Sometimes enemies come in unstoppable swarms that never miss attacks, and other times you'll only see a few stupid bots that just let you pound on them. It's too bad that the situations that feel unfair happen quite often.

In the end, if you've long wanted to pull off transformations the way you imagine them, Autobots and Decepticons will let you do just that. Just be prepared with some patience and the desire for a challenge.
