This DS version of Tomb Raider: Legend is a strange blend of the other versions of the game, from GBA to PS2. It takes the facile side-scrolling gameplay of the GBA version, allows for simple 3D movement on top of that and then shoehorns in all the puzzles from the grown-up GameCube version with the same ferocity that a cat shoves its face into a mousehole.
