Star Fox DS orders new name

Nintendo has launched a website that suggests that the new Star Fox game for DS will be called Star Fox Command.

The brand new Fox McCloud adventure, which was previously known simply as Star Fox DS, is a return to the roots of the series and sees gamers pilot the Arwing fighter, blasting their way through a series of missions.

Star Fox Command will also incorporate a strategic element into the action, as gamers can chart their route through the branching missions using the stylus and the touch screen.

There will also be multiplayer options in the final game, with dogfighting for up to four players via Wi-Fi and up to eight players on a local connection.
