SEGA have launched a new interactive website for the DS title.
Sega has unveiled their upcoming line-up through the first quarter of 2009. The biggest thing to mention here is a release date for Sonic the Hedgehog's next grand adventure, Sonic Unleashed. It'll be shipped to stores this November on the PS3, 360, Wii and PS2. Sonic Chronicles, the DS-only RPG being developed at BioWare, will arrive two months earlier in September. Other big names include Golden Axe Riders for the PS3/360 and a follow-up to 2005's Yakuza for the PS2, both due in September. Gearbox's Aliens: Colonial Marines, a game we've seen nothing of since its announcement in February, will be out in the first quarter of next year.
Sega has released a trailer for Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood, and it's almost got us believing the blue hedgehog is on the edge of a comeback.
We say almost, because the music sounds like it was ripped straight out of Baldur's Gate. That worries us in the same way it would hearing that the Spice Girls were going to score the new Batman movie.

It wasn't so long ago that Kombo brought you word of BioWare's fan-based effort to name the new alien race which resides within their upcoming Nintendo DS RPG effort, Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. Now, it seems the names have been submitted, the votes have been cast, the results tallied, and the name chosen. Such as the process would have been expected to proceed, one might imagine.
