It's unlikely that Professor Layton or Dr Kawashima would ever get in an actual proper fight that involved slapping and spitting. Neither of them seem like men of violence. Following the rumours last week, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has officially confirmed plans to create the next Scribblenauts for Nintendo DS, a follow-up to the hit videogame where players use their imagination to write any word, bring that object to life and use it to solve puzzles. Set to be available in Autumn 2010, the follow-up game expands the innovative elements from the acclaimed first title with many inventive new features, including an adjectives system that allows players to push the limits of their imagination to create their own experience.
Created and developed by 5TH Cell, Scribblenauts is an innovative game which allows players to write anything and solve everything. Players use the Nintendo DS Touch Screen to help their character Maxwell acquire the Starite in each level by solving a series of puzzles armed with their Stylus, notepad and imagination. Players jot down the word for any object that comes to mind in order to reach the goal. Every object behaves as it would in the real world, and players can combine countless objects to create completely new scenarios.
Warner Bros. Interactive has said that 5TH Cell's quirky DS puzzle game has now sold over one million units worldwide. The game launched in September 2009 lets you draw your way out of sticky situations.
