Mirrored Courses
As soon as you begin a race, turn around so you are facing the wrong way. There is a barrier there. Bump into it about three times and the screen flashes and you are where you were at the beginning of the race. The course will be a mirror image of the original course and all the check point signs will look like they are being looked at through a mirror. This works in multiplayer races as well!
