New DS model to be unveiled at E3?

Famitsu publisher thinks it's likely

Hirokazu Hamamura, president of Famitsu parent company Enterbrain, has hinted that there's a chance Nintendo will reveal a new iteration of the DS at E3.

What's more interesting is that according to a translation made by website Akayuki, Nintendo spokesman Hiroshi Yasushi did not deny this rumour, but told Famitsu that the company cannot comment at this point.

Given Nintendo's current state of mind we can't even imagine what madness could be part of a third-iteration of the DS. We're holding out for a taste sensor or a small time traveling device.
