Play on hard difficulty, survive the fight with Ryu and defeat the dragon boss to unlock The Way of Kunoichi and be able to play through the game as Momiji.

An Easy Tablet To Miss
After you get the art of lightning, head immediately back to where you started with Momji. Head a little further back and you will come to the clearing where you and Ryu fought. Head up and walk into the waterfall. You will hear that annoying screeching bird and will have a secret tablet.
