Nintendo has unveiled a new Nintendo DS Limited Edition Pokémon Pack. The Pack includes a Pokémon-themed Nintendo DS and exclusive Pokémon premiums.
Pokémaniacs will soon have the opportunity to find out who among them is best at the cultivation and production of pocket monsters for battle, and dare we say, delicious cuisine. This summer both Pokémon USA and Japan's The Pokémon Company will host the Pokémon Video Game Showdown 2008, which promises to pit the regions' best poké-trainers against each other in a multi-round tournament to discover once and for all who has the best poké-chops.

Pokémon USA, Inc., has announced the first-ever Video Game Showdown, pitting the most skilled Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl players from the United States and Japan in a battle to determine the ultimate champion. The Pokémon Video Game Showdown will take place August 16 in Orlando, Florida and will feature 32 of the most talented players from each nation.
Nothing at all had been heard about Pokemon Ranch, one of Nintendo's planned WiiWare titles, since its announcement back in October 2007.
