1UP writes: "As we first discussed back in October, Mario & Luigi 3 (due out for the DS in Japan next month) features a concept that's practically Looney Tunes in scope. How Looney Tunes, you ask? Let us recap the plot for you: The Mushroom Kingdom is suffering from a disease that makes all its citizens blow up like parade balloons. While discussing what to do, Mario and Luigi (along with most of the other top brass around Peach's castle) are swallowed up by a seemingly demented King Bowser. It's all being caused by a new evil villan who's since taken over both Peach and Bowser's fortresses, and it's up to Mario, Luigi and Bowser to restore order -- although they're not exactly working alongside each other."

The president of Sega of America, Simon Jeffery, has announced that Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games has aready sold 10 million copies around the world.
