It's the last Final Fantasy to reach our shores. That alone should be enough to make RPG gamers salivate on command, but then Square Enix goes off and remakes the whole damn game. Due to this ground-up re-imagining, any new images of Final Fantasy III should tug at both longtime fans and new-to-the-genre DS owners - the hot 3D graphics and redone storytelling could make it the biggest handheld adventure on the system.

Hit the Images tab up above for a blast of fresh new shots that show off a little more of the vast world you'll be playing in, from lava caves to flying airships to dense jungles. The new old quest begins on November 14.
