You'll also have to put up with the usual rough spots that budget-priced games tend to have. The touch screen will occasionally ignore your input, for example, and the overhead 2D graphics are on the low end of what we've seen out of the DS. The jerky animations that depict rising flames and spinning tornadoes get the job done, but that's about it.
For sure, Elements of Destruction could've turned out better. Nevertheless, it's decent for what it is: a twisted disaster sim that you'll play for a few minutes here and there whenever you get the urge to destroy the world.
