A lack of extensive content proves to be the ultimate detractor, as most skilled players will see and do nearly everything on the single-player front inside of five hours. And without Wi-Fi play or even single-card support, the multiplayer experience is hardly a highlight of this iteration. The price of admission seems a bit steep for the activities included in EA Playground, but younger gamers will find plenty to like here, and it is hopefully a stepping-stone towards a feature-packed follow-up that will appeal to a much wider audience.
