Those who didn't take advantage of certain Nintendo Channel downloadable demos for the Nintendo DS, such as Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword and Cooking Mama 2 are now officially out of luck.

Capcom will add a Miles Edgeworth game to its Ace Attorney series, marking the first time in the history of the property that players will be playing a prosecutor.

According to a translation of the latest issue of Famitsu, Perfect Prosecutor (working title) puts players in charge of the one-time nemesis of Phoenix Wright, one of the best prosecution lawyers in the world of Ace Attorney.

Minae Matsukawa, Ace Attorney series producer, has started a developer blog on the official Ace Attorney website. In the first entry, she discusses the early planning of the U.S. version (and therefore the DS port in general) of the first game, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. According to Capcom's official blog on January 24, this Apollo Justice keychain will be available from GameStop as a preorder gift, and from Capcom's online store as a gift with both preorders and post-release orders of Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. People who have already placed their preorders will receive the keychain. Notes: This is an offer in the US.

DS Fanboy Posted Jan 19th 2008 12:00PM by JC Fletcher Court Records users spotted a Capcom Blog webcam shot that revealed the preorder gift for Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. (See the first image attached below.) It's a swanky keychain featuring a metal silhouette of Apollo, and, if it's completely identical to the Japanese version sold on e-Capcom, Phoenix Wright as well. Capcom hasn't made any official announcements yet, and their store doesn't reflect the offer.

Capcom today sent word that Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, the latest installment in its popular courtroom drama series, will hit US retailers on February 12, 2008. As the first entry in the series developed specifically for the Nintendo DS (previous three games were GBA ports), Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney features all new characters and stars new defense attorney Apollo Justice.
