Trouble is, the traffic is entirely composed of old men unwilling to go over 20mph. Roads thick with cars become miserable to race on, since the cars you drive simply can’t go under 40. The traffic lights sit on red for literally minutes at a time, and then turn green for a matter of seconds. Blow a light and a nearby cop will do his best to shoot you dead.
Equally impressive are the cutscenes with decent acting, a fair script, and phenomenally rendered graphics. But of course this only serves to highlight the game as the dated dog it is.
