Don't worry, you can pay for this 7ft $8000 Batman model in installments

I like Batman. I do. I mean, I have a Batman egg cup with a set of Batarang cutters for the toast. I'm pro Dark Knight, OK? But there is a line and I think I draw it at 7.2ft statues of Ben Affleck's Caped Crusader. Especially $7999 ones from Hot Toys that come with a handy $1066 a month payment plan.

Look at it. It's 7.2ft, with glowing LED eyes (you'll need a plug point), "an authentic and detailed likeness of Batman’s lower face," a full reconstruction of Affleck's Batsuit and a light up circular base. It even has "detailed skin and stubble texture" and is complete with a Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice logo on the base. There's no denying it's impressive, and it does come with a fabric cape that you could probably steal for your very own justice excursions, but this is absurd.

However, if you want this piece of wonder in your Batcave - not a euphemism - then all the details are here. Thanks for this, Kotaku.

Directed by Zack Snyder and starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Diane Lane, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Laurence Fishburne and Amy Adams, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will arrive in UK and US cinemas on March 25, 2016.
