Doctor Who 50th anniversary special photos .

The BBC has released four new photos from Doctor Who 's 50th anniversary special, "The Day Of The Doctor".

They have also confirmed that a new trailer will be shown in the UK at 8.00pm this Saturday, on BBC One.
