Just yesterday we just got an extended look at DmC: Devil May Cry, the revamp of Capcom’s action-horror franchise by developer Ninja Theory (Heavenly Sword, Enslaved), and now we’ve got our hands on a new set of screens. Some may have scoffed at protagonist Dante’s punky redesign, but we’ve gotten pretty accustomed to it by now. In fact, we’re so used to the alternate version of the demon hunter that we’re more interested in seeing this new Dante killing monsters instead of dissecting these new screens for whatever clues we can find about his personality.
Outside of the washed out white-haired Dante pic, these screens are all about showcasing the color palette of the reboot. Vibrant yellows, reds, blues and green populate the fancy new screens, as does some weird caterpillar man that we hope Dante ends up killing by the end of the game. We don’t have a more concrete release date then some time in 2012, but you can fill the void in early 2012 with the Devil May Cry HD Collection.
