 Mission 9: The Light at the End

 

 

 Rune 9-1

When reach the fort, enter through the sewer on the right side and follow the lower level to a valve that opens another sewer door.  Just through that door, go through the opening on the left that leads to the Gatehouse Drainage to find the rune on the ground there.
