Venus: A Stranger's Call 

Follow the mission markers to start with, then bear left to the front of the Ishtar Academy with the large angel statue.

Go up the steps by the statue and into the building, then down the hole into the lower level.

The Golden Chest is on top of a unit in this first area, behind a pillar.
