Respec Ability

Chapter 7
At the beginning of Chapter 7 Isaac will be able to respec any weapon, RIG, or Stasis unit for 5000Cr. Respeccing resets a weapon/armor's specs to zero and returns any Power Nodes used on it.
Respeccing the RIG will completely restore Isaac's health, which can be a cheap way to completely heal him.

Unlock Hardcore Difficulty
Unlock Hardcore Difficulty mode: Complete the game on any difficulty level to unlock Hardcore mode.
Hardcore mode is the same as Zealot Difficulty but you may only restart from saved points instead of the automatic checkpoints and you may only save 3 times during a playthrough. You cannot use a New Game + for Hardcore mode.

Elite Suits
All elite suite are only available during a New Game + playthrough.
Elite Engineer Suit: Schematic can be found in Chapter 2 near the first store.
Elite Vintage Suit: Schematic can be found in Chapter 6 during the Brute battle where Elle and Stross are talking to you from the balcony.
Elite Security Suit: Schematic can be found in Chapter 9 after exiting the tram with Ellie. Look over the railing to find it.
Elite Advanced Suit: Schematic can be found in Chapter 11; turn around at the top of the yellow elevator and it's between the ledge and the lift.

Hacker Suit
Unlock Hacker Suit: Complete Dead Space: Ignition in single player mode.
The Hacker Suit adds a bonus to your hacking ability in addition to unlocking a Hacker skin for your Contact Beam and access to additional Audio Logs, Power Nodes, Health Packs and Credits.

Unlock Hand Cannon
Unlock the Hand Cannon: Complete the game on Hardcore difficulty.
The Hand Cannon is a foam finger with unlimited ammunition that does huge damage to enemies. It can be accquired at the first store in a New Game+ after completing Hardcore.

Peng Treasure Location
To unlock the “Collect Peng” Achievement/Trophy, you’ll need to find the hidden Peng treasure. It’s located in Chapter 7, in the room after you’ve used telekinesis to light up blocks either green or purple. Make them purple, and you’ll find the treasure in a newly unlocked route.
