DBZ goes Super

New shots of the arcade fighter

Friday 5 May 2006
Atari has released the latest shots for its new DBZ fighting game, Super Dragon Ball Z, which has been created by former Street Fighter II producer Noritaka Funamizu's new studio, Crafts & Meister.

The game will offer a different type of action to the Budokai series, concentrating on technical combos rather than power bar juggling.

The game will feature 13 characters from the DBZ universe including Goku, Gohan and Vegeta. There will be a further five characters to unlock, including a new version of Mecha Frieza. Click on the images tab above for the full screenshot blast.
