Here’s a quick guide to some of Dark Soul’s more ambiguous achievements.

How many times do I have to beat Dark Souls to get the full 1000 gamerscore?

Two and a half times with the same character. This is tied to the “Knight’s Honor” achievement, which requires you to acquire all rare weapons. Every boss soul can be used to create two different weapons (Gwyn’s: one weapon and one Miracle) except for Sif’s, which can be used to make three. Therefore, you need to acquire three copies of Sif’s soul.

What weapons are required for the “Knight’s Honor” Achievement?

Refer to the listed locations in our walkthrough for any additional details that might be needed. Remember, all important items in our walkthrough are in bold the first time they appear. A very select few of these (none of the difficult ones) may not be required since the exact list is not public knowledge, but obtaining all of the following will assure you the achievement. All weapons must be obtained by the same character.
