The adopted son of Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman is setting out to prove that when you’re called “Cruise”, you don’t even need the man’s impeccable genetic material.
Just 13 years old, Connor Cruise will make his screen debut playing a younger version of Will Smith in drama Seven Pounds, by The Pursuit Of Happyness director Gabriele Muccino.
Admittedly, it’s a tiny role, non-speaking and mostly involves appearing in photos. But hey, he’s a Cruise. He’ll be magnificent.
Rosario Dawson and Woody Harrelson also star in the film about a man who changes the lives of seven strangers. Hopefully not by trying to convert them to scientology.
