Chris Pratt talks Rocket Raccoon in Guardians Of The Galaxy

Much of the intrigue regarding Guardians Of The Galaxy has related to just how Rocket Raccoon will be presented on the big screen, with leading man Chris Pratt seeming as excited as anybody to see the character in all his glory.

“[ Rocket Raccoon has been ] tortured his whole life and no one else likes him, so he’s lonely and he’s angry and it’s like, [ there are ] all these elements [ to the character ],” says Pratt to Access Hollywood .

“You sort of forget about that, you wouldn’t think about it, [ and ] hopefully it will come to life," he continues. "I think it will and that’s why they hired a really good actor to do the role.

"I could not be more excited that Bradley Cooper is voicing Rocket Raccoon, it’s a great character. It’s probably the best character in the movie, just because it’s not what you would expect.”

Sounds like Rocket is going to be a feisty little so and so, doesn't it? We can hardly wait! Guardians Of The Galaxy will open in the UK on 1 August 2014.
