Bad news for PS3 Mizuguchi fans: Ubisoft announced that Child of Eden for Sony's console has been delayed until September. The Xbox 360 version is still scheduled to release on June 14.
This is not the first time Ubisoft has delayed Child of Eden. The PS3 and Xbox 360 versions were originally scheduled for a first quarter release in 2011. In February, Ubisoft later pushed the game’s launch to second quarter. Last week, Ubisoft confirmed that Child of Eden would support 3D and PlayStation Move, but would be released in July or August. The most recent delay calling for a September release marks the fourth delay the PS3 version has faced since it was first unveiled at E3 2010.
