Beat the game on Normal with normal puzzle difficulty. Now start a new game and look by the logs next to the cemetary

Finish the game 5 times and all signs will be revealed

The Time for the Clock.
Entry Location:
I had a lot of trouble getting this figured out but if you get the clock key you have to set the time to 9:10 and then push the clock that will reveal a hidden hole.

How to Get White Crism, Obsidian Goblet, and the 2 Books :Lost Memories and Crimson Ceremony

You can get these 4 items after playing the game the first time, the white crism is in blue creek
apartment 105,the goblet is in the small square case before going down the long stairs in the museum, the book of lost memories is in a newspaper disperse by the gas station, and the crimson ceremony is on the shelf in the nightmare hotel's reading room

How to beat pyramid head (first boss)

You will enter the room and the door will be locked behind you you will see pyramid head taking his anger out on a zombie then he will see you so get your gun out and shoot him to verify that your hitting him you will hear the bullets hit the metal when he comes near you don't let him hit you with his sword because one blow will kill you run to the other side of the room and keep on shooting him and eventually he will start to walk away down the stairs just leave him and when all the water has been drenched walk down the stairs
