For the achievements where you need to complete a certain amount of games in a gametype, you can just start a player match with godlike bots and just leave your Xbox on while your away.

Entry Location:
To get the achievement for beating a chapter, you only need to beat the last mission in that chapter. The last missions are:
Ch.2 - Torlan (second time you play it)
Ch.3 - Gateway

Easy Weapon Achievements
Entry Location:
You can get the weapon achievements in player matches with bots. SO just host a player match with max bots, minimum 1 player, and maximum private slots. Then turn on the "Weapon Replacement" mutator and change everything to whatever weapon you want to get an award for. The easiest map to do this is Morbias Arena.
NOTE: The Bio-Rifle can not be replaced, so just play a map that has it and change everything else to enforcer or impact hammer.
